- Prevent fraud, misuse, off-platform payment abuse, and unsafe marketplace behavior.
- Improve reliability, product quality, and customer/provider experience.
3. Sharing information
We share information when needed to operate the marketplace, including showing relevant job details to providers, showing provider profile details to customers, processing support requests, meeting legal obligations, preventing abuse, or working with trusted service providers such as hosting, email, payment, verification, analytics, and notification vendors.
4. Customer and provider visibility
Customers and providers may see information needed to complete a job, such as names, service details, job location, chat messages, quotes, schedule details, and completion records. Sensitive verification details are restricted and handled through controlled review processes.
5. Payments and records
Payment, receipt, credit, and payout records may be retained as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, legal, and operational purposes, even if other account data is deleted.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including marketplace operations, safety, dispute resolution, financial records, legal compliance, and legitimate business needs.
7. Your choices
You may request deletion of your entire account or deletion of personal data through our Data Privacy request page. Some information may be retained where required for legal, safety, financial, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.
