Customers and providers have separate workspaces, so select the role that matches how you intend to use FixyNG.
Choose Customer when you need work done. Choose Provider when you offer services and want to bid for jobs.
FixyNG sends a six-character one-time code to your email. Enter it in the app to confirm that the address belongs to you.
Read the terms shown after verification. Scroll through the document and select I agree to continue using the marketplace.
Add your contact and location details, then follow the secure hosted Test of Life instructions. Return to FixyNG when the check finishes.
Your account must be active before you can post jobs or use marketplace actions.
Select Post a job from the customer Home screen. The form is divided into four short steps.
Tell providers how soon you need the work and whether you are ready to proceed, planning a budget, or requesting quotes.
Select a useful budget range and provide the service address, country, state, or county. Accurate location helps nearby providers find the job.
Use your account contact details or provide another authorized contact for the job. Review everything before selecting Post job.
Open the job when bids arrive. Compare price, provider information, rating, and any notice that the provider already has ongoing work.
Select your payment method and make sure the required amount is available. The amount shown includes the service price and applicable VAT.
Use the job chat for access instructions, materials, arrival updates, and work questions. The job status shows when the provider is scheduled, on the way, or working.
If the provider discovers a valid scope or material change onsite, review the new amount, reason, material requirement, and any helper information before approving or rejecting it.
Inspect the work before marking it complete. After confirmation, keep the receipt and give an honest rating based on the finished service.
Provider accounts follow a separate trust, review, and activation process before marketplace access is enabled.
Open Profile and provide your legal, service, identity, guarantor, document, and location information.
FixyNG reviews provider identity and guarantor requirements. When your profile is cleared, open Provider activation and pay the displayed one-time activation fee if required.
Browse available jobs and use category or distance filters. Read the complete description, media, location, timing, and materials responsibility before bidding.
Quote an amount you can justify from the posted scope. Use chat to clarify missing details and avoid promising work you cannot schedule.
After the customer accepts your bid, confirm your expected arrival. Update the job when you are on the way and again when you arrive and begin work.
Use onsite price review only when the actual scope differs from the post. Enter the proposed amount and reason, and declare materials or a co-worker/helper where applicable.
When the agreed work is finished, mark it complete and wait for customer confirmation. The final record then appears in history, billing, and ratings.
Use Billing to review fees, net amounts, and receipts. Keep your provider payout account details accurate in Profile.
Keep scope, arrival, material, and price discussions attached to the job. This gives both sides a clearer record if a question arises.
Customers should inspect work before completion. Providers should make sure the agreed scope is finished before requesting confirmation.
Record onsite changes through the price-review feature instead of relying on an undocumented verbal agreement.
Open the affected job and use the available dispute or support action. Include a clear reason and supporting image when requested.
Open Help & Support, select Change Password, and enter your current and new password.
From Sign in, select Forgot password. Request the email OTP, enter it with a new password, then sign in again.
Open Help & Support → App Settings to control incoming chat messages and optional emails. Security, activation, and payment emails remain enabled.
Help & Support contains the Privacy Policy, Contact Us, and Delete My Account request links.
Pull down to refresh the customer Home screen, return to the app after briefly switching away, or reopen FixyNG. If the status still does not update, sign out and sign in again, then contact support with your account email.
Confirm the email spelling and check Spam or Junk. Wait for the resend timer before requesting another code. Use only the newest code because older codes may no longer be valid.
Check your connection, allow camera access, and try again from Profile. Complete the prompts in good lighting. Return to FixyNG and refresh the verification status after the hosted page finishes.
Confirm that your account status is Active, your email is verified, and required KYC is complete. Providers must also finish provider review and activation. Marketplace actions may be temporarily paused during scheduled maintenance.
A same-day booking must be later than the current time. Return to Timing & Planning and select a new date and time. The booking uses the timezone shown on that screen.
Return to Payment method or the award flow and refresh the payment profile. Bank transfers and Paystack confirmations can take a short time to arrive. Do not repeat a payment until you have checked its status.
Open Help & Support → App Settings and make sure chat messages are enabled. Also check phone notification permission and your internet connection.
Return to Help & Support in the FixyNG app and select Contact Us. Include your account email and the affected job reference where applicable.
